Registration for this schedule starts on 02/07/2025 and ends on 04/16/2025
Participants must be 8 years to 14 years old when the program starts.
Students will use ceramic clay for a variety of handbuilding and sculpture projects, learning techniques for pinch-pot, slab and coil building that will help in constructing a variety of clay projects throughout the session. Projects will range from animal figurines, themed sculptures, wall hangings & relief sculptures, dishes, platters, or bowls, as well as other functional and decorative pieces. Students will paint the ceramic projects (once dried) with colorful glaze, and all pieces will be fired in a kiln.
